Born 1983, County Donegal Ireland.

Colin Loughlin spent his youth growing up in the shared locations of the West Coast of Ireland and suburbs of Washington DC in Northern Virginia. After attending Northern Virginia Community College for several years Colin began his studies in photography during 2003 at the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington DC and completed his studies there in 2007.

After college he spent the next decade working in post production firstly at Adamson Editions in Washington DC, working for some of todays leading artists and photographers most notably William Christenberry, William Eggleston, Lynda Benglis, Chuck Close, Robert Longo and Roni Horn. After Adamson Editions Colin moved to New York City to execute post production, scanning, and print projects at Annie Leibovitz's studio. He is currently working on archive scanning at Mark Seliger Studio.

During this time he has continued his passion for his own photography. Capturing the people and environments he has found himself surrounded by. 

He is available for commercial and editorial assignments.
